The low performance found in most companies is due to breakdowns between strategy and operations.

We looked for these breakdowns. After an initial analysis, if we found improvement opportunities we will make a very clear and specific proposal with very clear objectives.
Our philosophy is simple: “if there is nothing broken, don’t try to fix it”.

Why we do it
In March 1923, in an interview with The New York Times, the British mountaineer George Leigh Mallory was asked why he wanted to climb Mount Everest, and replied, 'Because it's there'.
This is the most appropriate answer to the question: “Why do we do it?”  Because it is always possible to improve, it is possible to change and it is possible to win. It is also true that we either change or perish:
